Gel nail problems

Im having major issues with gel polishes. They keep peeling off! I do them on top of acrylics, i dont buff them too much. I (think i do it well) seel the edges well. I use nded gel polishes, i dont use base coat but do use top coat.
I work in a restaurant and have to wash my hands every two seconds, can that be the case? Or is nded polishes just crap:/

I use UV-lamp 36w, I cure every layer 2 min. And I use nded polishes.

After I've done my acrylics shouldn't I buff at all nails ? I

I've never heard of that brand. Def water can effect it... but I think we'd all need to know your steps first....

Just had a look at the nded uk website. It looks like a brand anyone can buy and the prices are very very low so I doubt they are of a professional quality.
Perhaps take a certified nail course (if you haven't already) and then decide on a professional salon brand when you know more about gel systems?
