Gel nails popping off?

hi guys, trying to start off on my own but having some problems. Clients are coming back with their gel nail extensions popping off. i have had some that are fine and have been infilled, and my own dont pop off what am i doing wrong. my confidence now has been knocked. I have had all my training.

What product range are you using?
Full system (no cherry picking)?
Which lamp?
Prep steps?
Which nails?
Same client everytime?
How does the nail 'pop' off? cuticle to tip, tip to cuticle, stress fracture?
