Hi Kim - as per my PM come over and see me with one of my trusted clients and watch what I do and you can ask lots of questions etc. Its so hard paying for heaps of courses and maybe spending a wee hour or two with a fellow (albeit fairly newbie) tech might help you decide your next steps.
