Gel polish pedicure routine?

What's everyone's thoughts on painting the gel polish on at the end of a pedicure instead of before! I'm thinking not but just wondered if anyone done it the standard way...

We have always done gel polish at the end of a pedicure with all the brands we use. Not one problem in 4 years x

I always understood that you couldn't do a wet pedi before applying gel Polish as nails would hold too much moisture/oil from products etc. I will try now though and see how I get on. I've always done a gel Polish and then followed with a foot massage and heel balm. Xx

I've been using both ACG and OPI Gel polishes for past 4 years and have always done the full pedicure routine first including soak and massage and then apply the gel polish last as with a standard pedicure. I haven't had a single problem with doing it this way and have even done a paraffin wax treatment on my feet before applying gel without any issues. As long as you squeak/cleanse the nails throughly it should be fine. X
