Has anyone tried gellux hard gel before? I currently use NSI builder gel and it's self leveling. I wondered whether to try the gellux hard gel or stick with NSI. Would the switch be worth it?

I love my gellux builder gel I use it with forms to create length rather than tips,

I didn't like it. I am looking now for a better builder gel. Don't know which one I should go for

Is it quite a thick gel and does it self level?
No, it's not thick. And I found it lifts quite a lot and breaks easy, you have to do very thick nails to stop from breaking and I hate thick nails

Oh no cannot stand a thick nail!!! I've heard a lot about ijel too recently. Really tempted to try a different gel but as I trained using nsi I'm quite nervous to change!!

I feel the same. I am still in the middle of search of gel I like and get on with. I've purchased ijel and it's really easy to work with, it self levels and nail looks so perfect but all my customers and myself get lifting, I am really upset as I absolutely loved using it, consistency is just perfect. But it doesn't last.

Oh that's a shame. There's nothing more upsetting than lifting . Maybe I'll stick with the nsi for the time being. Do you recon there's somewhere you can get tester sized pots of gel from so you don't end up having to buy full sized then not liking them?

I am looking at crystal nails now, thinking to order a trial kit, have seen lots of good reviews

Ooh ok. I'll have a look at that one. A trial kit sounds like a good idea!

I know, I feel like I am cracking up. I've been reading about builder gels 2 days in a row and still can't decide which one to try Why there have to be so many different brands of gel?
