Use, powder lightened + 9vol. Lift too a 6 then apply for best result

I'd say this too, a 5 will have faded so apply 5.35 x

5.0's come out about a 4-5 I think depending if it has faded and what the ends are like she may need to cleanse

I would have just applied target colour too.

if it only tone needs altering, bleach with warm water should be fine, mix this to pouring constancy apply at sink. Avoid natural roots.
