Hi Geeks :p

I got Gel Nails from a salon on wednesday and they're really really bad. They are lumpy, uneven, the thumbs are out of proportion with the fingers, there are air bubbles.

Seriously she filed so hard 5 of my fingers bled:cry:

My friend recommended her and said she was a professional, that she'd trained under various systems etc.
So I went in thinking great I'll get tips done to help grow my nails in time for my course(serial nail biter lol). Now I'm regretting it although to be fair warning bells should have went off when she pulls out Sally generic gel :/
Also she didn't use a uv topcoat but clear gel:confused:

So is there any way to remove gels faster? Seriously i am very embarrased wearing them.

Thanks!

Soak a piece of cotton in acetone.Place the cotton ball on one of your finger tips and wrap a piece of foil around it to hold it in place. Do this for the rest of your finger nails.Wait 10 minutes, and then remove the foil and cotton.
Remove the gel from your fingers with the nail scraper. They should be easy to remove after soaking them.It works! ;)

Thank you soooo much!
I'd upload a picture of them but I'd be too embarrased.

It happens a lot when the nails are done unproffesional.....don't worry...:)))

Chances are if they are ally generic gel u can't soakthe. The off u need to get yourself to a good tech to get them buffed off, you cannot soak off hard gel x
