Getting hair back natural

Hey everyone.

About 4 weeks ago my hair was my natural colour, but then I decided to dye it bright red because I felt like a change. I really regret dying it, my hair seems to be more dull because of dying it. I don't use any heat or harsh chemicals on my hair, this was the first time I've dyed my hair in about 2 years.

Anyway, getting to the point...

what is the best way to remove permanent dye?

and...


if I remove permanent dye, will I get my natural hair colour back?

It's unlikely a stripper would get it back natural, go to A salon or the hair department at college and have a full consultation. I'm guessing you coloured it with a home colour? Live xxl by any chance? No home colour will leave the hair with a nice shine, live xxl being the worst of its kind.

If it is xxl, be prepared to have to have a lot of treatments needed, vile evil stuff it is xoxo

Hi hun! Nope I didn't use live xxl, as I have used it a few years ago and it was shockingly bad. I used garnier nutrisse and the colour is vibrant but the condition of my hair feels a bit more dull than it was before I died it.

I think your right, maybe I should go to the hairdressers and see what they can do, hopefully they can get it as close to natural as possible.

What sort of prices do you think they would charge for what I want doing?
I don't usually go to the hair dressers, I dye my own hair, and get my hair cut by my sister who has a hairdressing diploma lol!
