Hi everyone!

Ive been trying to tempt new clients with offers, aimed at them, but at the same time I don't want my regulars feeling like they're not getting anything.

I give all my clients a loyalty card, after 10 visits they get 50% off.

But I'm trying to get new clients with offers for them!

How can I keep my regulars happy while i promote offers to get new people's without losing money from regulars too

50% off after 10 visits? That's a big discount. Sounds too extreme to me. Don't use offers to try bring in new clients. Offers are generally a little tacky. Just proper marketing is all you need to do. Recommend a friend system works well.

I also offer 50% off when loyalty cards are full and that works quite well for me, I never have any luck with recommend a friend though x

do you have a newsletter, or a facebook/twitter page? I deleted my facebook but have since done an email newsletter, to keep clients up to date with my latest offers etc. this month, I'm focusing on trying to make my money back on products. So I've done get half price eye brow shape when you book a eyelash and brow tint. I think and hope it will keep regulars coming, and attract new ones!!:) I think also, focusing on your popular treatments, when it comes to offers, will get people re-booking and people recommending you, to friends.
