Awhile back, I bleached out my nieces hair and applied Pravana Red. We are now just trying to get all the red back to blonde. We have already bleached the faded red twice and it's not coming out. There is one 'band' of really light pink still. Except for that, the rest has bleached pretty evenly but is still a little brassy. I was thinking tone with Redken Shades 9v.. Will that get the remaining pink out and tone the brassy color?
