Glitter/shimmer over any colour?

Hi, I currently use lecente glitter but would like to find a glitter or dust I can use on any colour. I've seen the below which is the effect I am after. Does anybody know what they have used here?

Hi, I use magpie glitters and that looks like the kind of effect you'd achieve using their Two Faced glitter dusts, they're stunning over any colour and so many different tones can be made using them x

Lecente golden white iridescent glitter comes out a bit like this

I've seen lecente have a new iridescent coming out called carnation, which they have showcased quite abit over on their instagram account. Looks amazing over any colour from what I've seen x
