Global keratin

Can anyone help me, i can't find a distributer that stocks global keratin. I want to use it in my salon as all i've heard is nothing but good things!!
Any info will be much appreciated thanks

Both adels and Dennis Williams stock it up north. Although i would look into the similar treatment that Alan Howard sell as it works out cheaper and they have certificates etc to prove it contains no formaldehyde. I will b changing onto this once I've used all the gk I got

i would do but im a ltitle worried there not going to be as good and conditioning. Its goin to be the 1st time were starting doing them in the salon, i want to use the best..Alan Howard is who i use mainly

I would ask your Alan Howard rep about it and also if they can do a demo for you. Our rep offered a demo which I thought was good, he also said something that i think was along the lines of that although gk claim to b formaldehyde free that when the hair is straightened it causes some kind of chemical reaction giving off fumes, (which I have noticed give me a sore throat the next day if the salon doesn't have windows open) and these r not proven to b formaldehyde free. Whereas they have all certificates to prove the stuff they sell is safe. Hope this helps. X

We bought the keratin revolution from Alan Howard after being told the keratin complex we were using was not safe anymore.......omg I am so glad I didn't use it on a client, we tried it on me and it slept lovely and applied well, then when blowdrying it in I was in agony it was like drying toffe in to my hair my Stylist could hardly get a brush through it and when it was finished it felt awful it was snapping at the ends every time I combed it as it felt like I had been in the rain with hairspray on, the shampoo that goes with it stinks like bad drains and my hair was still frizzy I had to still straighten it every day......i have the practically full bottle in the staff rom with a sticker on saying do not use, I wouldn't even give it away! We are having a demo on Wednesday of braziliana so I hope it will be better, does any one have any experience with brazil liana ?

I had a gk blowdry, not overly impressed tbh. I think she used the light tame, but my hair is so coarse i think she should have used the stronger solution on me.

global Keratin and la brasiliana are under investigation within the US at the moment, a good friend of mine whom works within the manufacturing arm of the hair industry (biggest manufacturer of bleach in the world) has warned me to stay well away from these products as the levels are higher than first thought, my advice is to do your homework and use proper certfied formadehyde free products, because it is causing some major ripples within the industry and with several health boards.
