Hi everyone! I'm a newly licenced cosmetologist and have a client who currently has golden blonde hair (her natural is about a 4 or 5 and we used Wella Koleston Perfect 12/81 with 40 vol to achieve her current golden blonde (in picture 1). She wants to go to a light brown (exactly like picture 2) and I was just wondering what the best way to do this would be with Wella? Do you think that I will need to pre pigment? Does the target color appear to be just a neutral color or not? Thank you!

I would prepig with /3 perfecton if you have it. Dry it into the hair and apply your base colour of 1 parts of 8/69 and 1.5 parts of 8/0 and pastel. That's what I'd do, hope this helps

Awesome, thank you so much! :)
