Goldwell advice please

Hi ladies and gents. So this is my first time on here. I am looking for some advice I have never used goldwell colourance before and I was wondering what developer I would use with 10p and 10v equal parts. My client has quite yellow ends and what’s to be a lot more ashy/white and I was thinking about useing goldwell to achieve this. Thanks in advance people

Use the dedicated goldwell colourance lotion in 2% or if you can’t access that something with a similar percentage..

What base is the yellow? Is it a level 8 very yellow? Or a 9 light yellow? Or 10 very pale yellow? This is something that needs to be taken in to consideration.
