Hi I have a client who gets full head blonde highlights, her mid lengths and ends have an apple green tinge, she uses bleach London between colours mainly pink sometimes lilac so I know it’s probaly from this but she puts pink in to get green out and after a while it fades back to green, anyone know a way to fix this a remove green

You will need a good cleansing shampoo to give her. And as an in salon service you will need a direct dye remover.
