Gutted Raw Earth offer sold out!!

I have placed a HUGH order at DN recently and the girl who took my order said that I would get a free Raw Earth Pedi kit, when my order arrived it was minus the kit. phoned DN and they said they have run out of kits and therefore the offer was no longer available to me. I feel gutted as that would have been another peice of kit to add to my collection. Do you think this is fair that I was told it I would qualify for the kit. I understand that these offer's are subject to availabity but to be told your would receive it and then not is very gutting!!!!

I far as i'm concerned you are elegible for the offer as you placed the order within the timescale and amount stated - if they have run out they should send it to you when they have it in stock ..... wouldn't accept their response to that one!!

I gor a load of stuff at Leeds OSNS last week and they had said I couldn'y have it as they had run out!!! Sal if you manage to get hold of one will you let me know so I can ring them and see if i can get one please hun?

The Designer nails Website says this offer is on until 12 August and no mention of "while stocks last", so I would double check with them. Perhaps the take up of the offer has caught them by surprise - it's a damned good offer!

Unfortunately as with all offers, this was probably 'subject to availability' which is just first come, first served.
I guess the only thing to do is check whether they're in stock before you place your big order, that way if they're not, you can always not order a huge amount if the only reason you were doing it was to get the freebie.
I feel for you Lisa cos you were told you were getting on and then didn't, but I'd guess that anyone else who places an order from now on won't be getting on: I guess if they're not in stock then there's not a lot you can do about it and it's not really Designer Nails' fault.

Well if it didn't say subject to availability then I guess it would be only fair for the people who didn't get a kit to have theirs put on back order and get one when they're in stock again.

They have said all offers are subject to avaibility, they are going to speak to customer service manager and get back to me. They run out on the Tuesday and I placed my order on the Wednesday, but I was told I would get one. So we will see. I'll keep you posted!

They are going to send me the items individually as a good will gesture, I won't get toe seperators or Instruction's but it is better than nothing... DN Customers Services come up trumps again!

if it's sold out why is it still advertised on the website?
I phoned on Friday and was told that it was no longer on offer as they had exhausted stocks.

Just spoken to Salisbury osns and they said they have none in stock but that the offer still stands and that they would send one out as soon as it becomes available. I told them about the problem on here and the only thing he could suggest is that they have mistaken it as subject to availability which is not stated on the flyer anywhere so we should all be entitled to it when its available again.

This is interesting as I am going to be missing the toe seperators and instruction's and have had to purchase them. Might give them a call and see what they say!

Hi all

Bad news I'm afraid - there really are NO MORE raw earth kits available for the offer - the ladies in the Leeds OSNS told me this afternoon that it is likely to be up to a month before they get any more in.

Also, as Leeds is the head office, if they don't have them then nowhere else will be able to get them either.

So, feeling :cry: but well done to the 900+ people who got in there quick!
