Hair extension help for a nail geek

Hi guys I'm going for a consultation next week for extensions the lady I'm seeing does a mixture of applications and just wondered what any one would recommend as least damaging I'm going to be adding length and hopefully volume , so far the lady has suggested link system after seein a photo of my hair , although I was wondering about this cold fusion ?? Any help would be much appreciated and any questions I should be armed with !!
