Hair extensions advice needed

Hi all

So I'm new to extentions. I fitted the silver grey blonde to a friend thank God,and they looked amazing .... my friend then washed her hair with all the correct products and her existing toner ran and grab onto the extentions turning them blue. I wear hair from the same supplier and I dont have any issues with the colour blonde I wear. Can anyone recommend any good suppliers I can get this shade from as I've always used toners on my hair previously and never had this issue

I’d always advise my clients to choose extension colours to their natural hair as existing toners can damage hair extensions. Try using a clarifying shampoo as this may restore the colour.
