Theres no need to be scared just document everything before you take them out and do some research before getting new ones fitted, nano rings should be more expensive to buy but it's well worth it, stand your ground with this fitter tho the rules of selling goods to customers applies over every trade and she IS in the wrong by fitting micros anyway, I hope this all works out for you xx

When getting them redone by another fitter ask for references or if they have a Facebook page message any customers of there's.

Hmmm doesnt sound very professional to me. Should have offered to fix them. Then should have done consultation, strand test and tensile test.

If hairdresser is not willing to rectify then you will need to go to trading standards.

From photo's I had seen makes my blood boil how non qualified hairdresswrs are doing hair extension services. Let me know how you get on xx
