Hi there, need some advice, fitted client on sunday and shes just text to say shes washed it for the first time today using Aussie and its gone like a frizzball, totally dried out.
I used the same supplier i always use and this has never happened before, including other clients that use Aussie.
Shes going away thursday so not much time before her hols. Ive told her to get some moroccan oil asap but why has this happened and will moroccan oil fix it?

Thanks

Could be a bad batch of hair if its from a supplier you've always used. Also sunbeds are really bad for this as I found out after several clients kept having that issue and we figured out it was that!

also they really should be using specialised hair extension products as high street shampoos like tresemme and aussie are just too heavy and don't allow the cuticle to close correctly - hence them looking frizzy/fluffy. and yes - sunbeds/sun anything with excessive heat IS going to ruin the appearance. i always recommend my clients use a revitaliser weekly. x

Has she by any chance left the hair to dry naturally? this can often make it look frizzy. i tell my clients to dry bonds on a cool setting then let the hair to partially dry on its own but always finish with heat to smooth the hair.

I would agree about the high street shops apart from Aussie - I had a client who's hair I fitted 4 months a go want them taking out to colour her hair. When I got there her hair was in AMAZING condition still so asked her what she uses.... Aussie Miracle Moist, shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner and heat protection. I was gobsmacked at how well they had been looked after, and might I add it was blonde hair which is usually the first to start drying out
