Hair help please

My friend used to be bleach blonde and now she's gone dark due to all the damage caused by so much bleach,
However now when she colours her hair it fades at the ends after about 3 washes as it's so porous. Is there anything she can put on to even out the colour! Same thing happens when she goes her hairdressers too! But I'm sure my old hairdresser put a product on mine Pre colour to even it out? Am I wrong?? X TIA

Sorry on this site we can't give out professional information. The reason your friends hair won't hold colour is like a sponge. Think of a new sponge (healthy hair) you suck up the water (hair colour) and it retains it
Then think of a old sponge with lots of holes (un healthy hair) you suck up the water and it drops it all. (Colour fade)
Now you friends needs to get something to make it healthy again- my advice would be stop colouring it and if she HAS to then go to the hairdressers and use a semi permernant only. It will last the same amount of time and won't keep destroying the hair like the worker and does. Then leave it, but professional products and treatments- stop straightening it and using heat and within 6 months she will see a big difference. Hope this helps
