Heya! I wonder if any hair geeks could help me out! My hair isn't in the best condition atm, it's dull, flat and I think quite damaged too, especially where I wear my hair up- I don't tye the hair bands tightly but that area of my hair seems to just be the worst area! 😔
I really want to get my hair in good condition, shiny and no random bits of frizz! What products/treatments would you recommend? Many thanks!

The joico k-pak range is amazing..especially the deep penetrating reconstructor. I'd recommend getting the shampoo, conditioner, reconstructor & the split end mender or the oil and use them all.
Your hair will be in great condition in no time. Also get as much trimmed off as you can to stop split ends getting worse.

Thankyou! I will give this a try!

No problem. My hair was wrecked with over processing and heat styling but this stuff saved it. I'm using something different just now and just hate it, can't wait til it's finished so I can get back to joico kpak lol

when my hair was quite damaged I used the blue Redken range, it really made a difference and my hair looked so much healthier and had more shine to it within a few weeks of using it!

Apart from that I would try to go as natural as possible, no harsh chemicals on your hair, minimum heat on hair dryer and other styling tools such as your hair straighteners and curling wand and maybe try a wider hair band for when you do your make- up or pin it out of the way with bobby pins.

Hope that helps x

Check out goldwell KeraSilk, there is a keratin treatment that removes frizz upto 5 months.

You can also use the shampoos and conditioners as they are for damaged hair.
