Hair product for curly hair?

Hi

What would be the best hair product to achieve and hold curls. Friend of mine has similar hair but the curls stretch out after while. She has naturally wavy hair.

She would like to achieve the look as on pic.

As someone who's got curly hair, I've tried many a product. But my favourites are the following.
Tigi catwalk curls rock amplifier is my favourite!
But if the client is going to be buying the product from you then I wouldn't suggest this as its widely available in HSR.
Muk kinky muk is really good too.
My other go to would be to use mousse.
