Hair Up Help??

Hi Geeks

Everyday for work i either scrape my hair back into a ponytail or put it in one of those bun ring thingys from Claires. Over the weekend i got a book with different idea's for up styles but im useless :cry:. lol i dont seem to have enough hands or am stuggling to see what im doing. Are their any courses i could do to help or is it just a case of practicing. I asked my hairdresser if she could show me how to french plait it but she can't or won't.
