As some of you know my 40th Birthday celebrations started with a lovely set of nails done by Rachel (ladybgemini) on Thursday. Have a look on Rachels blog and you will see what a fab day we had.
On Friday morning the day before my birthday, I had a ly in to 8 am as I wasnt at the salon and got up to a note left by my husband saying pack a weeked bag as we were going to London at 6pm. I was so excited but frantic thinking OMG - wha am I going to take. Anyhow, chucked a bag of stuff together and my mum and dad came to pick us up and dropped us at the station. We got to the train station and my husband insisted that we go to the station restaurant before we go to get our tickets and found another part of my surprise my sister and brother in law were there. I initially thought they were there to wave us off and it took a while to realise that they were actually coming with us! I was so excited.
Anyhow - we have just got back and am absolutely knackered to say the least but just wanted to come on here and say a big thank you to you all for your great wishes. :hug::hug::hug::hug::hug::hug::hug::hug::hug::hug:
