We have used xen tan for the past 2 years and have always been delighted with the results! although the last gallon we ordered and just opened seems extremely watery and yellow colour, the smell has also changed. When the tan is on it feels a lot stickier and the guide colour is completely different. The treatment room is a sticky mess compared to normal, And clients are unhappy. Has anyone experianced anything simaler? We have contacted Xen Tan and sent a sample of the tan back and aparently it is the same as normal. So we are now thinking of changing the tan completely has anyone got any recomendations?

Hi there,

Xen-Tan re-formulated the Mist Intense Solution back in 2010, which now helps the solution to last longer, but still contains the olive undertones resulting in a natural olive glow for your clients.

We haven't experienced any problems with the solution since then, however what you are describing about the solution you have, doesn't sound correct. Could you possibly email [email protected] FAO Amy and I will endeavour to look into this further for you?

Many thanks and kind regards
Amy
