My post about "new staff and existing mobile clientele" has had over 1900 hits and sooooo many replies (somewhat hijacked into a tax / ni post but nevertheless)

Is this the longest thread on this forum ever?? Does anyone know of a longer one?

Anyway, the upshot? I made the job offer with the clause about "no paid mobile hairdressing services to be provided that I deem a conflict of interest" and the girl is thrilled to have a full time salon job offer so we shall see.

Oh and one final point, she lives 2 roads from the salon and doesnt drive, I think that definitely makes her mobile work a conflict of interest!!!

NB: I dont mind her doing friends and family, that is a different issue.
