Hello

I've just finished a Hairdressing course and the Health and Safety unit was covered by me and will be part of my finished course.

When i went for my latest interview at another college they explained that the H and S unit will be done separately by those who have not done it before, which will also came with an extra cost as part of the course.

I explained too them that i'm still waiting for my Certificate from my previous college, so i can then show them proof of doing the H and S.

Also about 15yrs i had done an NVQ that also covered H and S, back then it was known as pitman's city and guilds.

I just wanted to know if the old NVQ certificate will still be valid to show for proof of doing H and S, i'm abit worried about not receiving my latest certificate in time when i enroll.
