Help, bumps under skin!

Hi there,

I'm looking for some help with my skin. My skin is relatively good for having really dry skin. I moisturise well and rarely get spots but recently my face keeps getting lumps under the skin. They're slightly itchy but I don't know if that's because I know they're there and keep touching them. They're definitely not spots. They only go Away when I use a home microdermabrasion machine. After I use the machine my skin is fine for about a week and then the lumps come back.

Anybody any idea what they are or how I could get rid of them? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

(I've attached a photo, they look red because I've been scratching them but normally you can't see them.)

It's hard to tell for sure but possibly folliculitis.

Not sure of your full skin routine but that could be irritation from the microdermabrasion, as you're taking off the layer of dead skin you probably wont notice the irritation anymore but once the skins settled it looks like its coming back. I would try not MD for a month and in the mean time use a redness calming serum and Red LED light therapy to calm the skin. If it still persists the have a look at your skincare again.
