what colour did it go first? it will look khaki now as you need a dif pre pig for a lvl 6 and u only used a yellow for your lvl 8

Hia, thanku for replying so quickly, it seemed to go a slightly light khaki colour compared to the roots and wasnt impressed so i thought if i went in with the 6 it would cover but so not the case, just not sure where to go from here ?, she does want to go darker

Hi there.

I would put a coppery gold semi on to pre-pig and neutralise the green, then I would tint with your base colour. But if you want to go quite dark, say level 4 or 5, I would use a strong copper semi. If you want to go very dark, base 1 to 3, you will have to use a red pre-pig.

With using 8/03 it's always risky unless you have red to eliminate as /0 is neutral which kills warmth so it's green base and /3 is gold which is yellow. green and yellow make?? Yepp....dirty colour :(

Thanku to both of you, thats absolutly brillient, it makes sense now, wish i had gone text book way in the first place, thanks again Tina :grr: :o xx
