I'm feeling really disheartened... I've been using the Cuccio versatility gel for a few months now and I get a lot of clients reporting back that their nails are coming off. I honestly do not know what I'm doing wrong! I push the cuticle back, make sure there's nothing left on the nail plate, buff the shine off the nail, clean it, and then use steps 1 & 2 of the veneer (prep & fuse). Then I apply a thin layer of the gel and sort of push it into the nail plate, cure, then start to build. I cannot for the life of me figure out what's going on. It's making me crazy and I'm starting to wonder if I should just stop doing enhancements altogether. After the first time it happened, I've been so conscientious about proper prep and I just feel like crying. I do have a couple clients who don't have any problems with it, and my nails are always ok, too. Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong? :(

Maybe it's not you who is the problem. Any enhancement is not bullet proof.

Have you asked them what tasks they do on a daily basis? That will give you clues as to why they fall off.

You're absolutely right...I know some of them are quite hard on their nails, and others are really careful. I know in the past - early on - I'd gotten it too close to the sidewalls, so that was for sure my fault. But I'm really careful not to do that now, and my mind won't let me put it down to them all being careless. It just suuuucks... I'm starting to really lose my confidence :(
