FIRST OF ALL: I AM SO SORRY FOR MY POOR ENGLISH. I AM FROM BRAZIL. ENGLISH IS NOT MY FRIST LANGUAGE.
Hello everyone! I am very happy to be posting here!
I am colorist, from Brazil. I have 3 years of experience with hair colour!
So... A client of mine asked me a hair that I consider "tricky", since I don't have much experience with beige/golden blonde. In my 3 years as a colorist, I have never had a client asking me for a warm/beige/golden blonde. Here in Brazil, only cool/ash/silvery blondes are popular. I do tons of cool toned blondes everyday.
Also, I asked 2 other colorist friends here in Brazil for help and they did not know how to achieve this color properly.
That said, and due to how seriously I take my job, I decided to make a plan on how to achieve the color.
But, I am kinda insecure, I am concerned that the result get orange or too yellow. So, I decided to ask for help here.
You can see the hair in the video:
The first hair, with the girl brushing through.
Let me begin telling what brands we have here in Brazil. I have access to:
-Wella(Blondor, Koleston, Color Touch and illumina,...)
-L'oreal (Majirel, Dia Richesse, Dia Light, the bleaches,...)
-Alfaparf (Evolution, Supermeches, ...)
-Schwarzkopf (Igora, BlondMe, ...)
-Keune
Don't know if I am wrong, but I can see 3 or 4 shades of blonde in the hair. And they are all kinda beige, golden.
My client has a natural hair, 5 level (light brown).
I put this plan together and would like to know what you think:
(If you have suggestions, please, feel free to say them!)
1- Blondor + 6% (1+2) , lightening up to a yellow (9 level), entire head
2- apply 9.13 + 3% (1+1,5) - 40 minuts - very light ash gold blonde, probably Alfaparf Evolution of the Color
(Richesse also has a 9.13 in the range, what do you think?), entire head
Rinse the 9.13...
3- Alternate foils...
*Igora 9,5-4 + 3% (1+1; 30 minutes) - Igora's -4 is called "beige" and they define it as a "muted gold". And the 9,5 series are toners to be used on light hairs
*Alfaparf Supermeches Ammonia-free bleach + 3% (1+3), leave until the pale yellow is achieved
Rinse the foils...
4- Apply on the entire hair 10.31 +3% (1+2) 20 minutes, probably Alfaparf, Keune also has a 10.31 shade. 10.31 is ultra light golden ash blonde.
or...
Wella illumina 10/38 + color touch developer 1,9% (1+2), 20 minutes, also on the entire head
This last phase would tone the foils that were bleached and would make a "full head glaze", making the color more "uniform".
So, what do you think?
Will the result turn orange or brassy?
Hugs from Brazil!!
Again, I am sorry for my poor english.
