Help - Gray hair

Advice on colouring gray hair that has been previously coloured and left to grow out for quite some time - I’m newly qualified so just want to make sure I’m doing it correctly......
Would I be write going with 6% hydrogen peroxide, mixed with something like 9.0 natural base with 9.1 and also 6% hydrogen peroxide with 9.0 natural base with 9.13........
Also what is the best application method......
My client is wanting low lights , would it be ok to pull the colour threw from roots to end......the regrowth is 3/4 inch in places ecspecially around the front hairline......
I don’t want to end up with root glow

What percentage is grey (White) and what’s her natural colour? Also what products (brands) are you using?
If she’s also wanting low lights as well as her roots doing, it’s going to be 2 separate processes unless your confident doing the two together?
A 9 isn’t really a low light as you need at least 2-3 depths between colours to see any effect.
