HELP! Hair Extension Complaint

:hug: oh I think that stink about whats happened with the client. Im not hair dresser or apply hair extensions but I just recently had mine done, and alot of things I notice with people wanting hair extensions done is the they have HIGH expectations that all you had to do is put the extensions in and wow long hair, so I think her expectations where probably a little to high and out of this world. I got mine put in and I had layered hair with a bit of a kink in it and above shoulder length but Ive just got my hairdresser to shape the extensions to suit me the best she can. Just do what everyone else has said on here but it down to experience at least you know now what to do next time someone ask

Thanks everyone. Not been on for a while. All is sorted. She apologised the following day and told me her friends 15 year old daughter sent the texts to me. I've since been back and removed them as she'd cut at them herself and made them look awful although she did say she loved them before this and said she wad happy with how they looked after the additional 20 strands I fitted. Never mind....
