Really hoping someone can help.
I have used several Keratin treatments (with ease and with good results) but decided to choose this product as every one is using the Braziliana and Kerastraight etc.
Due to being trained to use other products i was allowed to purchase this product as i agreed to also purchase the training DVD.... i got this from Lou'Belle along with the products.
Problem is i have followed the instructions to the letter on the DVD and the results are really really poor. The product feels course on the hair and strangely enough they tell you to put the product on dry hair after clarifying.... which usually you put on damp hair!
I'm hoping someone has used this product as i purchased 2 large bottles, both the extreme de-frizz and the normal keratin treatment - so i would prefer to at least use up this product before using another brand.
To all professionals who have used this product please can you advise me on the methods you have used as i have tried this on curly, chemically relaxed hair and straight hair including hair that is bleach and every time the hair is never shiny, feels clammy/sticky, has broken on bleached hair (on my own hair which is bleached) and yes this is after using the product as advised in their training DVD.
I'm at a lost so hope you can help.
