Help!! Renting a room in a salon?

I am going to rent a room in a salon but the landlady is asking for £200 per week. That includes all my bills. Is this a reasonable price? i thought it was a bit pricey but i'm not 2 sure.
Any comments will be appreciated.

I think that is very pricey for a room. I suppose it depends on the location, size, potential clients etc

Different areas will be different prices but just as an idea I used to rent the upstairs of a hairdressers which had a room big enough for beauty bed, nail desk and small waiting area with a bit of floor space & a seperate spray tan room for £70 for 3 days inc bills.

I now have my own salon which costs around £150 a week inc bills

I would look around if I was you see what the going rate for a space is in your area
