Hi there, the way I am improving, is simply by practising smiles, constantly. I just get tips and do smiles, without worrying about doing the rest. I found that when I suddenly got the mix ratio right, my smiles improved. Also keep photo records, because you may find that you still think they are rubbish, but they have improved no end to when you first started, and that in turn gives you a rush of confidence and because you are not stressing so much they get easier iygwim:D
p.s. have you thought about doing a one to one with your trainer?

Yes, she said we will do a one to one soon. I have been practicing cutting the smiles for the last two days and prior to last week too. I guess i'm just trying to run before I can walk, lol

I fell the same when doing the smile line to if that helps and yes i fell like doing the same with your smiley.
I use the same products as you too and i am always watching the NSI dvd for the application of P&W, but i just cant master it i have been practicing for ages now and feel like giving up but i wont...x

Smile lines are so hard to get right x People make it look easy.....But there is only one answer....Practice practice practice.
Have you tried sticking a tip to an orange stick and practicing that way...If you havnt got a training hand that is? I sit of a night and practice that way x Ive even stuck blue tac to the sides of the tip as pretend side walls! Lol xxx

This is my Bible - it helped me so much. Watch it a coiple of times and then do it in front of the TV listening to the steps)
