Help! White spots (with photo)

Does anyone know why this happened 2 days after the spray tan session?

In almost 2 years of spray tanning never seen anything like this.

Looks like vitiligo, I'd say probably pure coincidence that it happened just after spray tan as its a loss of pigment in the skin, a skin disease which affects a lot of people. Is this you or a client? Obviously, if its you, go to the doctor and see what they say and if its a client, refer them to their gp and don't make any diagnosis yourself!!

Its a client, she said she never had anything like this before with another spray tans. She has psoriasis in the body but not in the chin.
This is so strange...

Hi SoniaG,
It looks a little red and angry looking to me so although I do agree with Gee_geeee it does look like vitiligo I would also suggest the client goes back to their dermatologist to check if the existing skin condition is spreading or contributing to this too.
Almost looks like peeling skin at a first glance too.
Let me know how you get on with this though - interesting to see what the outcome is
