Help with Grants / Bursaries

Hiya,

I will be starting a Level 3 Hairdressing course in the next few days at Voodou in Liverpool.

I was just wondering if I could apply for a grant, bursary or loan anywhere to help me with course materials?.... I'm on jobseekers at the moment and really can't afford to get it right now, but I really need it.

I've contacted The Princes Trust and they said they'd get back in touch with me but i'm still waiting.

Can anyone help please?

Hi, if you are on job seekers allowance, did you not get the course discounted initially? And are the course materials not included within the course price?
May be worth looking in to that if not because I'm sure if you are on job seekers allowance then you get the course as a discounted rate because they try to encourage people to train to get back in to work. X
