Help with toner!

My friend bleached my hair yesterday but before I go and bleach it again I was wondering if a toner would maybe lift it?? Please someone help Tia

Toner isn't for lifting hair it's for toning the colour/shade It already is

for the hassle of trying to do it yourself and having your hair resemble chewing gum and falling out and then to fix it would cost the same as finding a hairdresser and have her do in the first place toner won't lift only cancel out some of the unwanted tones but even that has it limits depending on what stage of lifting you are at bleach you buy in shops etc isn't the same as professional products a hairdresser would use
