Help with what to charge in local area, when renting out a hair & beauty chair

Hey ladies I'm currently in the process or opening up a new salon every excited.
I'm in the Newport Gwent area and I'm wondering if any of you lovely ladies live near here and would know how much roughly salons charge to rent out a hairdressers chair and a complimentary room? Thanks in advice x x

Clytha park road, it's a nice area haha and room is a good size and will solely b used for quiet treatments only. Bed towels music every thing apart from oils (as some people are particularly about what they use) thank you x
