Highlights to silver/grey

Hey I have a client who is a natural base 7/8
I usually do a full head of bleach highlights which gives her a light blonde 9 or 10 base she now wants to go a silver grey colour should I just use a toner? If so which would be best?

Or should I use high lift tint with bleach highlights? Then tone?

I would do a full head of highlights fine sections, really close together. Lift to a level 10 then tone with ct 8/81+10/6 +1.9%
