Help. Client on way round...black gelish colour started to show through holographic pigment after 2 days...I put 2 coats of tio over it...why has this happenned?

Anyone please??

These powders are a new technology to the extent that I consider them to be unreliable for use on clients. I would recommend using foils to get a similar and more reliable outcome.

Dont think I will be using them again. Done repairs now so will see how long they last this time...luckily she is family or it could have cost me a client!!

When you do the first top coat do a partial cure for 10/15 seconds then apply your second top coat and do a full cure. It will last xx

I'm having the same issue, I've given up. I was wondering if it was my no wipe top coat maybe?! I'm using bluesky X

I saw on another site someone recommend doing a layer of foundation over the pigment then top coat. Apparently works but I haven't done any since to try it. Annoying as I spent a lot of money on the new pigments but find I avoid advertising them now as I'm always waiting for that call x

I tried doing this method too, didnt seem to make any difference :-/ xx
