Been working as an at home salon for about 6 months now and i am starting to get really busy and was i haven't advertised properly yet, people are just finding my web through google!!
I was wondering does anyone get a living out of there at home salon?

yeah i have a home salon i obviously miss the trade so i rely on word off mouth, i got i load of brochures done and put them through letterboxes and i have to say i got good feedback and am kept quite busy

thanks for your reply i have just ordered 5000 leaflets so hoping that will bring me more clients and make it a full time job so i can resign

Hi me too I have only been set up a few weeks but getting rebooks etc, much more convenient than mobile, and if the customer requires anything else while there and I can fit them in then thats a bonus.

Can i ask, what things ie legally ins etc did you need to look into for your home based room

I have my room set up now, im going part time as of next week, so its gotta be the big push to make it work... i teach privately so thats bread and butter. Im trying to create some leaflets but strugglings any help appreciated?? how did you get so busy?? x
