Hot, cold or warm water to wash your face?

I think JD,as its a "dry"oil it is easily absorbed.
As it contains NO mineral oils it wont clog the pores.
The molecular structure of a mineral oil will only sit on the surface of the skin,howver a fine quality oil like solar is very different.
I also use it on the backs of my hands when damp aswell,before i go to bed.
As i always say you can NEVER over moisturise...LOL:lol:

What are your thoughts about Bio Oil?

i like to have my hot shower then i turn it to a cool setting to do my face- helps me to wake up!, i use a mild vitamin e exfoliant evry 2-3 days and then carry on with my daily ctm routine x

I havent used bio oil,i did see it at a pharmacy but my philosophy is if it works for you then thats all that matters!
