Hot wax issues!

Hello!

In my salon we’ve been using lycon hot wax for years, however recently we’ve found its setting very strangely, almost rock solid like plastic and very hard to get off and assuming painful for the client!

Has anybody experienced this before or have any advice on this? Never come across it before and we’re all very confused...

I've experienced this (as a customer, I'm not a beautician) and it's brutal. Just had a wax done today and the girl used Perron Rigot and it was a breeze, nearly painless.
