How can I blowdry/style my hair like this?

Not a hairdresser or stylist but how can I achieve this style?

It's a plait from ear to ear but done as a Dutch braid. Take about 3 inches from the front to the back in the ear to ear section. Don't pull it too tight as your going along when your done secure it at the end then go back over each braid loop and pull. This will loosen it all up for you. Then just tie the rest up in a Hun a little back combing will help too
