How did everyone come up with their screen-names?

I changed mine from Reshape just last week.

I PM'd naturalnails who said she'd change it to anything I wanted but that considering my avatar maybe I should be called "***** with a green hat on". I personally felt it looked more like a helmet than a hat so for a couple of days I seriously considered being called ***** Helmet....... I even told naturalnails to do it - just for a laugh you understand. :lol:

Sanity prevailed (not mine I hasten to add) and Janiwanidoodaa was chosen. It was generally decided that it sounded less like a third rate porn star.

I was originally Rjryan, again I didn't really 'get' the user name thing when I joined Geek so as soon as I have enough molians back in the day :lol: I changed mine to Hope, which is the name of a little praying Bear that I bought after my sister died.

My user name is very unoriginal. Being new to the internet as a whole at the time I registered, I didn't know what to call myself so stared down the garden for some inspiration.

im plonker as i didnt want u randoms knowing my name lol i was sitting at the comp and said to my sis give me the first name that comes to the top of ur head hence plonker lol!

mine....well, i chose mine because i used to say it alot. sometimes i think i sholud change it to my handle name i had when i had a cb radio many years ago. i don;t know how to change it now.

PM naturalnails (i.e. Fiona) like I did. She's very helpful and pretty funny as well. She is part of the site management and can change your name to anything you like as long as no one already has it.

I quite like Dingbat though.
