How much do I pay my nail techs?

Hiya, I'm opening a salon and I've hired two nail techs who also do standard beauty treatments such as eyebrow tinting and eyelash extensions etc. If you could let me know different suggestions on rates of pay I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you in advance xx

It will depend on their experience, qualifications, the area & what you want to pay of course...

As above re experience...plus from April 2016 the national minimum wage for over 25's will be £7.20 ph, rising to over £9.00 ph by 2020. So I'd say somewhere inbetween so it won't be too much of s shock giving them their annual pay rise until 2020 when it's the higher rate
