How to achieve a nice fade with black and clear or pink

Hi, can anyone please tell me how I can achieve a nice fade on acrylic nails with black and clear or pink as is the attached picture? Thanks in advance [emoji4]

I guess it's similar to doing babyboomers but with black (3 parts pigment +7 parts clear ) instead of white
Start with the black.
 
Blending black isn’t easy. You wouldn’t blend with clear but would need an opaque pink.
I’ve done it a few times with acrylic powders and find it difficult to get a good blend
 
Thanks for your replies. I do a lot of nails like this but with white and pink but the black is so hard to get the same effect I didn't know if there was another way. I'll give it another go though thank you x
 
Having a closer look I think its a three colour fade, i think the black is faded into a grey, then the grey faded into the pink.

Thinking on the hoof here whilst typing it's possible the pink to black fade is done then the grey faded both ways over the top of the join.

Try a three colour fade on some nail pops and see if it works better
